Technical supports of the Research divisions and providing required facilities such as field and laboratory measurements, digital data, image processing and map services for conducting applied research projects.

Construction of physical models for executing the research projects in the field of coastal prevention, bank erosion and river engineering.
Setting some new instruments, needed for research purposes.
Calibration of the existing instruments and their maintenance.
Providing laboratory services in terms of soil mechanics, soil and water chemistry.
Surveying and data collections
Map services like cartography and prints/plots.
Contribution in image processing and performing GIS related parts of the research projects
Contribution in training of RS and GIS sciences and technologies.
