Objectives:

To develop and expand research and training relations with International Organizations and Institutes and to introduce the institute to them.

Functions:

1. To introduce the Institute to given International and national organization,companies and Institutes.
2. To developed relations with international bodies so that the Institute can benefit from their cooperation and services.
3. To create necessary facilities for the Institute membership in given specialty bodies and associations  regarding the activities of the Institute.
4. To plan for the external travel of the staff and to deal with the due process.
5. To plan for the ceremonies regarding foreign guests visiting the Institute.
6. To plan for the office personnel's training such as language learning and ceremonial training.
7. To participate at International exhibition and workshops
8. To review the information received from International societies and centers.
9. To cooperate in translating and editing papers and letters.
