SCWMRI Library is committed to forge and enhance links with organizations, research and educational institutions, primarily at the local and provincial level and allow the researcher's access to extended resources and services. The Library actively supports the development of a knowledgeable and versatile staff dedicated to achieve the highest standard of service and committed to equip users with the research resources needed.

Library Departments:
- This department services more than 5000 users annually. At least 10000 books and other documents are being held at this department and scientific staff members, faculty members and graduate students can visit the shelves directly.
- Reference Documents Department
- At least 900 titles of reference documents are currently being held at this department that 600 volume of them are in English and 300 are in Persian.
- Periodicals and Journals Department
- This department is subscribed to hundreds of reputable scientific journals, in English and Persian, which are regularly updated.
- Purchasing and Acquisition Department
- The Purchasing and Acquisition Department purchases the sources selected by scientific staff members.
- All the books purchased by purchasing and acquisition departments are according to L.C. (Library of Congress) classification.
